Flower Power VT is farmed by Anne Flack-Matthews. Anne has 25 years experience including retail florist, garden center manager and avid gardener. Her dried designs have been sold worldwide, as they are unique and include interesting flowers. She has accomplished over 50 weddings, thus has a great knowledge of cut flowers. With 100 varieties of perennials and annuals, Flower Power VT is one of the most diverse farms in Vermont. Using organic methods, the fresh eggs, herbs and vegetables are truly special. Food fresh from the vine is an experience you rarely find in a grocer. Anne's goal is to make the farm as sustainable as possible with a small carbon footprint. By growing culinary and medicinal herbs, as well as asian, cold crop, heirloom and common vegetables, there is something for everyone to use and enjoy.
How to get here: We are in Ferrisburgh, Vermont on Middlebrook Road about one mile off of VT rt 7. We are less than 5 miles north of Vergennes. About 18 miles south of Burlington.
When headed south, turn left on Middlebrook Rd. The post office will be on your right at this intersection. Cross the intersection of Satterly rd. The farm is the 4th property on the left just as the road bends to the left and begins to drop down a hill. Park in front of the barn. You'll see the Flower Power VT signs.

Belgian Tervuren Shepherds
Flower Power VT breeds Belgian Tervuren Shepherds. They are a herding dog, known for their beautiful long coat and their intelligence. They are quite friendly, a wonderful family dog.

Our male, Iko, is a dark mohogany. He is aware of all that goes on here at the farm, and though imposing in stature is a real lover. His daughters, and their mom, are a fawn red color (very foxlike). Foxy had 8 puppies in June, and all were healthy and happy.
Next litter is planned for
fall 2010
Puppies adoptable October 2010
